Return Policy

  • All requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the date of shipping.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with the price tag attached.
    L-A-M-B.com reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • No merchandise purchased at L-A-M-B.com can be returned at any retail stores.
  • L-A-M-B.com Gift Certificates are non-refundable. 
     

Please follow the 4 steps below to return or exchange an item:

Step 1 - Get a Return Authorization by doing the following-

  • Go into Your Account>Order History:
    • Select the order that contains the items you would like to return.
    • Then click the Details button. 
    • Next select the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Click on the Return Items button.
    • Fill out the Return form
    • Wait for an email containing your RMA #.

    *You must have a Return Authorization number, or RA #, in order to begin the return process. Please note that the issuance of an RA # does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. The items are subject to inspection.

Step 2 - Pack the merchandise and wrap it securely, with the RA# clearly marked on the outside. (So copy the RA# down before packing the form inside!)

Step 3 - Ship the merchandise pre-paid and insured, with the RA# clearly marked, to:

We recommend UPS or insured Parcel Post for proof of delivery. We assume no responsibility for the reimbursement for, or replacement of, any lost return merchandise. Do not send the package C.O.D. (Cash/Check on Delivery), as it will not be accepted.

Step 4 - Wait for our reply e-mail telling you the status of your return. We will process your request in 2-3 business days of our receipt of the package.
