  2. How do I make a return or exchange?


    In order to return or exchange an item please refer to our Return process and policy.

  3. What is my Billing Address?


    Your Billing Address is the address where you receive your Credit Card Statement. If the Billing Address you use for your order does not match the Billing Address on your credit card statement, your order cannot be processed.  Your shipping address can differ from your Billing Address.

    Your Shipping Address is the address that the order will be shipped to.

    We currently only ship to the United States.

  6. How quickly are orders processed?


    Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of the order. Orders with payment issues may take longer.  Due to the Holiday season, orders will not be processed from December 22nd through December 25th, 2007.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

  7. How come I cannot add a certain size to my cart?

    If you click on a size that is sold out, the drop down menu for that size will appear red with the text "Out of Stock".  Unfortunately, this means that the particular item or size is no longer available, and cannot be added to your cart.
